Equalité wanted to scale up while still safeguarding quality and the brand experience.

The switch to Monta came at an exciting time: right in the middle of the Black Friday period. It was a real challenge, but according to Gürhan, the transition went smoothly.","s2_title":"The solution: a fulfilment partner that thinks ahead","s2_body":"Equalité has been working with Monta for 2.5 years now. In addition to fulfilment, the brand uses Monta's returns portal.

That makes returns easier for customers and takes pressure off the customer service team. That combination is exactly what matters to Equalité: a logistics partner that doesn't just process orders, but also keeps the customer in mind.","s3_title":"The result: fast, smooth and stress-free","s3_body":"For Equalité, Monta's strength lies mainly in its combination of speed and reliability. Even during a busy period like Black Friday, operations remained stable. Delivery is a great example: customers can order late in the day and still receive their parcel the next day.

The returns portal also contributes to a smoother customer journey. Less manual work and fewer customer service enquiries give the team more room to focus on the brand.","s4_title":"Ready for Europe","s4_body":"Equalité currently operates in the Netherlands, but its ambitions reach further. Over the next few years, the brand plans to expand into other European markets.

That calls for a fulfilment partner that can grow alongside those international ambitions. With a scalable logistics operation and a strong focus on technology and automation, Equalité has the foundation in place to take that next step.
✊
Community, equality and self-expression
Equalité is a Dutch streetwear brand founded by Gürhan Tüzemen on a vision of community, equality and self-expression.
