Orders from online stores, marketplaces, and ERP systems are automatically imported into MontaWMS. Each order is immediately registered, assigned the correct priority, and prepared for processing without any manual entry or delays.
Step 2: Order Processing
MontaWMS directs employees along the shortest picking route, supported by picking slips, barcode scanners, pick-to-light, or put-to-light systems. Each item is scanned and verified via e-check, after which the order is packed without errors.
Step 3: Order Shipping
The system automatically selects the appropriate carrier based on weight, destination, and delivery time, generates the shipping label, and sends real-time tracking information to the customer. No manual steps are required.
Step 4: Order Fulfillment
After shipment, MontaWMS tracks the order status through the carrier. Any issues, such as delays or undelivered shipments, are flagged immediately. Returns are processed through the integrated returns portal and credited back to inventory.
