Once everything is ready, we’ll schedule the go-live date. On that day, your warehouse will officially be running on MontaWMS. We’ll be on-site to ensure a smooth transition and to answer any questions you may have. Employees will receive ID cards that allow them to earn MontaCoins.

Step 5: Follow-up Care
After the system goes live, we’ll remain closely involved for another three to four weeks. We’ll answer questions and provide advice to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly. After all, most practical questions don’t come up until after the implementation is complete.
