What is the Warehouse Viewer?
The Warehouse Viewer is a visual analysis tool within MontaWMS that displays a real-time top-down view of the entire warehouse. Using the Warehouse Mapper, the warehouse is first digitally mapped, including racks, locations, and zones. MontaWMS then continuously collects data as employees work: picking routes, fill rates, Wi-Fi signal strength, and turnover rates per product. The Warehouse Viewer provides a visual overview of all this data and uses ABC analysis and heat maps to translate it into concrete optimization recommendations for storage locations, walking routes, and warehouse layout.
