In March 2023, Zusss started its B2B fulfilment with Monta in Oosterhout. A few months later, B2C followed from Oud Gastel.

Since then, operations have been consolidated, and both B2B and B2C are now handled from Oud Gastel. Monta takes care of the entire fulfilment process, from order processing to returns handling. The partnership stays flexible through changes, too – Zusss switched to Itsperfect and went from two warehouses to a single location.

According to Zusss, the impact of the partnership is clear. Logistics reliability has increased significantly, and customer satisfaction has risen along with it.

B2B fulfilment also took a big step forward: orders that used to take about a week are now dispatched within three days. The result is greater speed, a single warehouse and a logistics operation that has become more streamlined and reliable.

For Zusss, fulfilment isn't a one-off optimisation. Thanks to open communication with Monta, the two teams are constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
