Step 1: Order receipt
Orders from online shops, marketplaces and ERP systems flow automatically into MontaWMS. Every order is registered immediately, given the right priority and queued for processing in your warehouse, without manual entry or delay
Step 2: Order processing
MontaWMS guides your staff through your warehouse via the shortest pick route, supported by pick lists, barcode scanners, pick-to-light or put-to-light. Every item is scanned and checked via e-check, after which the order is packed without errors.
Step 3: Order shipping
The system automatically selects the right courier based on weight, destination and delivery time, generates the shipping label and sends real-time tracking information to the customer. No manual step required.
Step 4: Order fulfilment
After dispatch, MontaWMS tracks the order status via the courier. Any issues, such as delays or undelivered parcels, are flagged immediately. Returns are processed via the integrated returns portal and booked back into the stock in your warehouse.

Can order management software process orders from multiple sales channels?

Our order management software integrates with all the major online shop platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Shopware), international marketplaces (such as bol.com, Amazon and Zalando) and ERP systems (such as AFAS, Exact and SAP). Orders from all these channels come in centrally and are processed through the same automated processes, whether you take Fulfilment or work with our WMS software.
How does the system decide which warehouse an order is shipped from?
As soon as an order comes in, our system looks at the delivery address and the availability of the item to determine the best warehouse location to ship from. This optimises transport times and costs, and gets the order to the customer as quickly as possible.
