Determine which activities earn MontaCoins, set daily performance goals, and stock the Montashop with rewards that suit your team: company apparel, team outings, or other prizes.
Step 3: Connect the live scoreboard
Set up a screen in the warehouse where employees can see their own scores and those of their coworkers in real time. The daily winner for each activity is displayed, which encourages healthy competition.
Step 4: Earn & Save Points
