Step 2: Specify Availability
Employees report their availability through a web portal or app. There, they indicate the days and times they are available to work. For employees with permanent contracts, their availability is automatically entered into the system. Any changes—due to illness or leave—can also be reported through this channel.
Step 3: Create a schedule
Fill out the schedule by assigning employees to their desired shifts using drag-and-drop. Use an existing schedule template to speed up the scheduling process. Set the start and end times and break times for each shift to suit your operation, and finally share the schedule with your employees.
