What is MontaTracking?
MontaTracking is the integrated order-tracking module of MontaWMS that allows end customers to check the status of their orders on their own. The customer enters the order number and email address and immediately receives a detailed overview of the order status. You set up the tracking portal once with your own branding and logo, and then you don’t have to worry about it anymore. In addition to processing and shipping statuses, MontaTracking can also display backorders and expected delivery dates. Has something changed with the carrier? Or does the customer want to adjust the delivery? That information is also updated in real time, including a direct track-and-trace link for the order.

Step 1: How do you activate MontaTracking in practice?
In MontaPortal, select the sales channel for which you want to activate MontaTracking. A shareable tracking link is generated immediately. No technical knowledge is required; it’s ready to use in just a few clicks.
Step 2: Customize the tracking portal
Add your logo and brand color scheme to the tracking portal. That way, customers will always see your brand (not MontaWMS’s) in the background. Be sure to set the desired language as well: MontaTracking supports Dutch, English, German, French, Danish, Swedish, and Spanish.
Step 3: Share the link with your customers
You can now include the tracking link in your shipping confirmation, embed the portal on your website, or link it directly to your online store. Customers enter their order number and email address and immediately see the current status of their order.
